I can detect the classic early symptoms of the motor racing bug.
There is no cure, but from my observations, the illness gradually progresses, and you will be using a different transporter in a few years time. The vehicles are transporters, with hotel facilities and a workshop. As well as winning on the track, it is a requirement, that everyone tries to have the most impressive transporter. smile

I want one like that! cool

My car, box trailer and gazebo isn't quite the same frown

All,

Due to the 'positive' response and after having communicated with Bob (Y100) I have gone ahead and booked the Professional 'Formula 1' Photographer - Dom Romney.

Although Dom does not take video footage I have asked him to plan in some 'Speed Shots' showing the cars in full flight. We all have photographs of our cars in a 'Static' position so I thought it better to plan some 'Speed' shots in. http://domromney.com/car-photographer/formula-1/

Dom did recommend that we investigate one of the many company's that rent out dash mounted HD cameras (Go-Pro) if you wanted your own 'Car Specific' HD video footage. I found this company that do 'Corporate events' if anyone is interested. www.actioncamltd.co.uk

The cost of the photographer is £500 for the day. He will then touch up the photographs taken on the day and then provide me with all the shots on a CD. I will then either set up a password protected website or DropBox and upload all of the shots. I will then email the password to everyone. If I collect more than £500 (More than 25 cars pay) then I will investigate having 25 separate CD's burned and then mail them out individually.

So, on the day could I ask that you bring £20 in cash and an envelope with your contact details inside. (Home address, email address, mobile number and car details). My wife, Georgina, will collect the money and envelopes making sure that you are registered as having paid by using the attendance list that Bob will provide to her on the day.

I was going to ask where you would get 7 go pros from. Then I realised who posted it wink

What's the 360 degree mount? How does it work - can you somehow combine the video into something like google earth street view?

Yep, it creates a file stitched together to create a 360 degree view.

I actually purchased said camera's yes From a mate down the road, something about a lorry but wasn't listening properly hehe

Can't be arsed to trawl through the last million posts, but please ensure you have no loose articles in your car. And I mean anything, as the cornering will mean that anything insecure will be thrown around the boot - if it's heavy it can cause significant damage.

Was hoping to pop along but no longer can. Have a fabulous day. smile

Do you have any examples of it? I want to see what it's like. Sounds impressive.

But I don't think I'll be spending £1800 on 6 new GoPros!
