Simon,
You have been removed from Pole Position on the Burghley fitment list, you'll have to have some extra raffle tickets now to boost the charity pot..
Does anyone else want a Switch fitting on the day, just let me know and I'll stick you down,Speech your now sitting in Pole.

Anyone like Aeroplanes………………..
Well if you do all well and good because we shall be having the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight consisting of a couple of Britain's finest by way of a Hurricane and Spitfire
swooping in for a little display to mark our day at Burghley.
It's all confirmed in a nice letter from the Squadron Leader so hopefully that will be a pleasant interlude offering you a chance to 'reach for the sky' with your camera's…….
We've got to number 150 on the registration list now so please if I can encourage anymore of you guys a long that would be great………….

Evening all,
Still got room for a few more switches if anyone out there still fancies one, there's a few of you with fresh cars that might just be in need of that switch fitting……….? so don't be shy.
Still plenty in the pipe line to make a super day out, so if your still undecided about making the trip get into gear and get your name down as it would be nice to get in the 200's……...
Don't miss it, be part of our super gathering I think it just might be worth your time……...
Sorry if I'm banging on a bit but I don't do things in halves,it's the strict training you know .

Morning all,
Just bumping this thread due to enquiries and for the benefit of any newbies that aren't aware that they are needed to attend…………………….
There will be plenty going on and it offers a great chance to meet many of the characters that inhabit the forum, so please get your names down on the main Burghley Register or
simply send me a pm to find out all about whats happening or to register.
We hope to get 200 plus there on the day,a day well supported by some very generous and friendly companies that just might make your day that extra bit more interesting and
enjoyable so please do come and meet some friendly folk and chat about your cars to your hearts content with the experts and owners alike.
I still have space for a few more Exhaust Bypass Switch Fittings at a Charity price of £50.00 which will be fitted on the day by the very supportive and generous Specialist beginning
with B and followed by R…………….
So come on now its not long to go so please get into gear and get yourself sorted to attend this Event ………………I'm waiting….

Well said Paddy,
Absentee bids can be sent by PM,but to liven things up a bit and hopefully boost the charity pot I think I shall revert to a standard Auction on the day for better and fairer coverage
as I don't think people are into the blind Auction bit.
So rock up listen out for the item you want to bid on and shout up you bid, highest bid takes the prize……………….simples.
Paddy give us a ring when your free please.
I'll post up nearer the time a full list of the Auction items so get saving your pennies, please for when the falls.

Ed, you are doing a great job. Please keep calm or you will blow your head off ! How is the car ? You haven't mentioned it for a while.
Good Morning Rob,I'm cool, calm and collected,at the end of the day its only about putting a few cars in a field………………easy,no worries………..
Now my car is a different story but one I now keep off the forum as negativity isn't always welcomed and as I don't wish to incur the wraith of others who only see the good side of their
Aston experience it's best left in private.
Those that know me and the car have certainly witnessed some odd goings on with the S,probably best left me thinks as Ghosts in the Machine…….
As we both know sometimes our loyalty can be tested but I temper myself by standing back and looking at it and the angst fades away.
My biggest headache is trying to sort the VIP Parking out at the George for those that want it… but I'm sure it will all sort its self out on the day…………..
Oi Ed you big nonce - greetings from Kalkan !!!
Keep up the sterling work and sorry to hear about your car issues
I had a fabulous Aston experience and I hope to return one day like you did
Talking to Mikey (inter alia), though, I do appreciate that there have been some serious issues on some cars and it is disgraceful that it can happen and not be sorted efficiently at such a high price point.
Go and treat yourself to another piece of cake....like I'm about to
