Ask your local print shop. Lots of them can print onto vinyl. If they can't do it, then I'm sure that they can probably recommend someone local who can. Failing that, googoo always has the answer.

I get my Le Mans vinyls from Neil at RaceGraphics. He will make you anything if you send suitable pics.

Question on the vinyls, do they come off easily afterwards? Or is it a one way trip to respray land?

Yes. Unless you leave them on for too long. And by too long, I mean 3 or 4 years.
