1. It would be great to use the same guys as before as I said earlier. They could pick up from where we left off last time and to be honest I think we all got on pretty well with them. I attended the 'Classroom Lesson' after lunch where the principal instructor gave some good pointers to first time track drivers which certainly gave my good lady the confidence to go out with an instructor (First time she had ever driven the car) and have a dozen enjoyable laps.

2. There is a danger of upsetting the local track instructors which may/could cause some bad feeling before we even get there. (Unless of course Snetterton also uses 'Freelance teams' in which case it shouldn't make any difference to the track owners who we use).

1. I have been advised that the Rockingham instructors will be available @ £225 per instructor.

2. If you read carefully the details offered to us in my page 4 post, Snetterton are happy for us to supply our own instructors.

I'm sorting the chief instructor and Team leader question tomorrow.

Our day so far; Excluding lunch, which although a menu will be available will have to be paid for individually, here is a break down and total of the charges I've negotiated, hope you approve:

Snetterton 300 (3 mile circuit) – Friday 19th September

Circuit Hire £9300
Public Liability Insurance £160.20
£9460.20 +VAT
£11325 inc VAT
Chief Inst.(S grade) + 2 A grade total £725
Total £12050

@35 entrants, thats £344 per car.

The 3 instructors are the guys from Rockingham. They will take care of the Team Leader role, signing in, licence checks etc. so we have made a saving there.

I will ask for breakfast bacon/sausage butties to be provided if you so wish.

OK, I suppose you want the same gig with the photographer.. I can arrange a video chap for the day to make a DVD but is is quite expensive due to the editing etc.

Once we get the '35' I will ask everyone what they want.
