Fine with me, more the merrier, it's a long track, it will not feel crowded or be a problem as far as I'm concerned.

It's a South Coast PH meeting tomorrow at the Meon Hut. If any other AM's turn up I will ask them.

I also have absolutely no problem with a bit of variety being added.

Tony thank you,,,,anyone else please speak up, for or against,,,its your day so you have every right to express your opinion. If you feel that you would like to pm me thats fine.

My main concern and why I feel inclined to allow just a few of our known friends to enter a different marque is based quite simply on my efforts to try and keep the individual cost below 400 squibs. I need your help here guys please, so don't be shy. ears
For, but wouldn't admit to them being friends tongue out , + the 'vette too.thumbup

Bob, really sorry but it seems that we are unable to take the day off on Friday. Late notice, but we were trying to make alternate arrangements...

I know there are those like me that are really looking forward to the 19th but the way the list has shrunk over the last few weeks is I have to say most disappointing. The effect is of course to leave fewer owners to cover the cost of hiring the track,,,,leading to even more entrants 'dropping out'. Unless we see a rallying of owners wishing to enter, I may have to surrender and cancel the event, which will be a bladdy shame for those that are so looking forward to it (me included). frown

It's mental. I would have thought that every person that attended Rockingham would be down for Snetterton. It was a brilliant day and I am sure everyone really enjoyed themselves.

As you say, it is getting close to being 'Out of Budget' if any more drop out.

If the deposit is non-returnable Bob, then the 35 people that put their names down need to re-imburse you. That is less than £40 each, that is only fair, but a bit of a kick in the arse for those that are still on the list and willing to go. In fairness though that is less than a session at the D&D yes

Sorry everyone, probably not what you want to hear, but Bob cannot be left out of pocket. I know that some of the people I know well on here have already said the same.

I've got no problem with that. I'd still rather do the track day though.

Bob - have you contacted anyone at the local AM 'dealer' to see if they might have any customers who might be interested? It's Stratton Motor Company in Long Stratton. They also run several AM racing teams.

+1, but obviously would rather do the day with enough people there, here's hoping for a late surge :fingerscrossed:

Agree and happy with the suggestion... Let me know soon so I can cancel the 2 nights in the local hotel. (I will probably get a few extra months out of my tyres as well)..

And the two days holiday that I had booked....
