Bob, you are a better man than I.. After an incident like this, I know I certainly wouldn't have it in me to do it again.. I agree on the full payment up front, it would have been enough incentive for most to do their utmost to make it..

i have transferred the funds for the two A S Motorsport entries.
Lets hope I don't sell the company car at Goodwood next weekend. Otherwise it will be the Cobra…or the Corvettte….but probably not the Cadillac.

What is the noise limit for the day? I have a quicksilver super sport exhaust on and according to the website it's over 100db.. Not sure whether to put the standard exhaust back on to be on the safe side!

Their regulations say that the limit is "Daytime: 105 dB(A)".

If it was me, to be on the safe side, I would fit the standard back box. It would be one helluva shame to get all that way and then to fail the noise test.

PS No problems from me with the 430.

It will pass the static noise test if you are careful with the revs that you set, however the drive-by will be set-off if you give it a large portion out of Murray's as that is where the sound meter is . If you accelerate a little more sensibly from there, you will be fine. I got pulled in Lance for the noise, but only at that point.
