Thanks Molly, have checked and they took my deposit last week when I booked, so am just awaiting their final checks and answers to confirm all is OK. Will confirm finally when they come back to me.

Do you think that there could be a conspiracy to make sure a GT3 doesn't make it!

All confirmed and booked in. They hadn't linked us to the rest of the group when you called evidently due to not being an Aston martin.

TeaSpn comes back from the paint shop next week - black roof and V12s carbon front end;)
Picking up on the Walkie-talkie/coms. Frances and I have a pair of Walkie-talkies, just wondered how many others did? it would allow a good team coms if the airwaves are used only by a few key vehicles in the team- any experiences of this working?

Molly and I have been on 2 Petrol Head Nirvana Tours where we all have walkie talkies. Initially they are a bit of fun for a bit of banter. When things become a bit more serious they provide an early warning system of approaching potential dangers be they sheep , tractors, oncoming traffic and of course the plod! Correct use of a walkie talkie will allow safe overtaking by the lead car saying Clear or Oncoming . Molly is brilliant at this and can be totally relied on.
So we need 20 units , we have 4. To have one is not obligatory though they certainly are very useful.

We have two walkie talkies I bought them from Maplins after Deb had her operation so she could request our son as and when required, it was quite funny lol!!

Anyway I digress, what do they need to conform to technically to be useable, the ones I bought weren't cheap so I am hoping they should do the job??
