However, after the inevitable cooked breakfast and with the evening meal in mind, I may have to plump for something a little lighter.. yes, you heard it here first. I have a tricky decision ahead .
FFS Jeff, a 12oz fillet with a side of sirloin constitutes something lighter for you Jockman said:

Molly, this time next week, the team will be sipping the delights of a glass of vino, talking about the pretty foals (and how they ran away from the scary cars
Wahoo - excited
A couple of points William:Wahoo - excited
Friday night will be all about the glorious possibilities of the drive on the following day
Don't worry about the pretty foals running away - its the bl**dy sheep running into the road you have to worry about - watch this for a fine example

You have to understand that Jockman is a big fan of Rob and is just jealous he can't be there this time
Just coming up 10 AM. This time next week we will all be on the way! Sampling some of the best roads we could find! Fantastic Scenery! Great bunch of like minded people driving some tasty Cars. Can't wait!!
Quick reminder. Before leaving home check your tyres and fluid levels.

You feeling alright Tony? Not like you to be so nice - & you forgot to call us t*ssers!I've created some rough "pace notes" - major junctions, blown up screen shots from Mollys map and descriptions of turnings, road numbers etc on powerpoint or pdf if anyone wants them. Not quite "Right 1 into Crest, Left 2, opens, caution sheep on right". About 12 pages worth. I'll bring a few copies regardless

Will be interesting comparing them with the ones I have prepared Jon AndyBrew said:
I just want it to be known that I have prepared absolutely nothing, and have even gone the extra yard and disabled my left arm especially for the trip, always put my wallet in my left pocket as well
In which case you're perfectly well prepared Andy. This is not a continental endurance test, it's a couple of hours of extreme fun on the road. Followed by several more hours of fun in the hotel. You may need to re activate that arm though, otherwise you'll find unscrupulous individuals will start putting drinks on your room.....ask Jockman!!Jon1967x said:

Watch out Jon, Molly spends hours and hours checking and cross checking the planned route. She will have covered every yard on Google Maps. Plus the poor lamb has been photo copying reams of instructions for every one. Then I am made to drive it a load of times to make sure everything is timed correctly. I would add that she loves doing it ! robgt said:
