what is standard equipment for the Vantage GT?
There is a comprehensive listing of the standard spec of the Vantage GT herehttp://astonmartins.com/car/v8-vantage-gt/
The concept is the same as the N430 - a lot of car for a little money - but the GT does not get the lightweight seats (at all) or carbon interior trim (other than cost option). But it does get sat-nav and an odd white side stripe - thankfully a delete option.
The N430 does get carbon interior as standard, lightweight seats - but sat-nav is optional - and the side stripe is not available.
You may like the lipstick and painted cantrails - but those are a cost option - nice but not cheap
^^^^^ And that list doesn't even show the entire section titled Interior Functional which includes things such as Premium or B&O sound system, memory seats, heated seats, satellite radio, GT Technology pack, alarm volumetric upgrade, etc.
Additionally, we came across some other options that didn't even have prices associated with them. The most notable of these were genuine carbon fiber exhaust tips originally developed for the one-77. I'd hate to know how much those babies would cost although I must say they looked seriously cool in the picture we saw.

The interesting thing about that last page is that satellite radio is listed as standard but then mentioned again as part of the GT Technology Pack. We couldn't figure that out and the dealership is trying to get Aston to explain it.
Is it possibly lifetime activation of the sat radio, as opposed to the inclusion of the sat radio unit as 'standard'?Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
