Clear protective car wrap

I would suggest that you get the A pillars and the top of the screen done too. I didn't and that's the only place where I have a chip
Had an interesting test of the film in the Alps last week when we encountered a flock of sheep and one decided to take a short cut across my bonnet!! It leaped off the hedge onto the front wing. Amazingly there are only scratches in the film but the paint is fine and nothing dented. When I get it washed I'll try the hot water technique to try and heal the film. If not then it'll be a new section.

Booked for early october.
Any clues how i can protect the paintwork from picking up potential stone chips from driving down there?
Apart from keep speed down and leave a big gap from vehicle in front 100 mile trip.
Also worried about swirling the delicate paint as they will have to clean it beforehand.
Anal i know but its a expensive car and a not so cheap wrap.
Thanks and a apology for hi jacking the thread.

I was just thinking about this... paintwork being done next week - Paintshield on the 3/11... and thinking about a details before the self-healing stuff!
Now the picture of what looks like someone having fun with latex :-) what you do with your car in the garage is up to you... but I would keep that sort of stuff to yourself :-)

Another vote for Nick - personally wouldn't let anyone else work on my cars. Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
