Here's one of my old 9 at Hever Castle a couple of years ago.

Titanium Silver with black everything else. Understand she is still down in Devon somewhere and would be great to see her on the road sometime.

The DB9 carries within it the essential foundation Aston Martin genes. There are models that come very close (DBS) but for me nothing surpasses the lines and proportions of a DB9.

In MY opinion the most balanced and coherent AM design ever. DBS looks like Halfords had a Summer Sale, Vanquish looks like a pre-production study of the DB9.

Is that why the db9.2 is in fact a virage....with a DBS bootlid?.....halfords must be doing well...

Hm.

On the previous pic (the light grey DB9) the shortness of the door and that panel before the rear wheel is very obvious.

The revised sills (see the DB9.2 above) surley help.

"Light grey"??? I think you mean Sarthe Silver. wink

I think the angle of the photo makes a big difference. I find it quite difficult to get a pic that truly represents the beauty of the DB9 that you see with the naked eye. I could spend hours just looking at mine. Although I've only had it about a month....

Had her almost exactly 2 years now. Makes me grin every time I open the garage door.
