Collected mine today and they don't fit! Not sure they gave me right ones?
I can confirm that these wipers are not a like-for-like replacement for a V8V. I've just tried to fit them and the attachment is a different size and style and there are no adaptors included with the new wipers.

However, the blades themselves (ie the actual rubber) are the same size so I'm going to try swapping the old rubber for the old rubber. (Ooo-er missus!)

4 months later and I come to fit these. They don't fit as above and I can't swap the rubber over either.

Did anyone come up with a solution or has that £5 bargain turned into a £10 waste of money as I got 2 sets?

Didn't fit the db9 either. Took them back for a refund that day.

Apparently you just need to switch the clips on the old to the new ones. I say apparently, as I to-date haven't attempted mine yet.

Tried this and they don't fit with the amount of force I'm prepared to apply

Doubt they'll take them back after 4 months with no receipt

I was lazy and got Halfords to fit, he did have to change the internal sleeve (or something) to a different fitting but did not charge any extra.....

I ended up swapping the rubber over. It was a relatively straight forward 10 minute job and they have remained secure ever since.

"switch the clips on the old to the new ones" - this worked for me.

Old clips are too wide to fit in slot in new wipers. Do places like Halfords sell clips on their own so I can get some that will work or is it a case of give it up and get some that are actually meant for the car? If anyone who got these to fit their car wants 2 more sets then just PM me.

Pete,

I managed to swap the rubbers over relatively easily. Are you struggling to swap your's over?

Rubbers are held into arms completely differently too: end into blind ending slot on arms on new ones, metal layer wedge clip thing on old ones so no good there either. Not to worry, only a tenner, I won't starve.
