Drove this today. Lightweight seats, with manual gearbox.
The red bits are painted, not stickers. They are not a delete option at the factory.
The mariana blue looked stunning in the sun.
The instruments are now blacked faced, with fonts from the Vanquish. Looked really good. The build quality seemed superb too.
With sport ON, and windows down, it really sounded sensational.
Steering seems more meaty than other Vantages I have driven.
Loved it.
I may "have" to order an N430 roadster for next Spring.
It will be mariana blue/red (Heritage) or Alloro green/yellow (race)

IMO the red painted bits are absolutely awful, makes the car look like a cheap boy racer make over. If I were in the market for one and the accents weren't a delete option it would definitely be a deal breaker. I just can't believe their marketing people think this is a good idea and the way to go with Aston Martin. I wonder how many V12VS in the real world have been bought with no lipstick etc.

Looks like something from the end days of Rover
The rest of the car is fine, but no way would I buy a new Aston and then start painting at it.
It would take some painting to get rid of the hideous lipstick around the grille.
Obviously some people will like it, but it would never work for me.
I recently considered a demo V12VS and I just hated the black accents on the silver car.
I wonder how long it will be before it's a delete option if they get a load of refusals...........

In the US, the GT is the exact opposite. Not only is the accent color (called graphics pack here) not included as standard, but it costs extra to have it painted that way.
I like the yellow accents on the Alloro Green but did not want yellow on the A-pillars/cant rails, so I decided to do the bits I want myself. I also have a different design for the lipstick in mind. Should be interesting.

I bought a V12V last week after having a V8 for a couple of years when I lived in the Middle East. The reason I didn't stretch the budget and go for a pre-owned or demo V12VS is that they just look too Halfords for me.
The reason for buying AM instead of Ferarri or Lambo for me was the understated elegance. Much as I like that blue with the red accents or would love to own a Performante it's not what I want to be in every day. I do wonder the direction AM are going with the new models as it's not exactly a subtle change of direction.
Cheers
