Yes ,we did well at the raffle. I think that's the first time I've ever won a prize at anything.
Steven, I'm sure you know that your lovely wife Bernadette is the best prize you could ever win. It was great to meet you both over the weekend and look forward to seeing your DBS Volante when you finally pull your finger out and get one bought.

A pleasure to meet you Pete.
Marrying Bernadette was certainly the best thing I've ever done.
Chatting to several owners of manuals has made me think I should try one before making a decision.
I'm not sure how many manual DBSV's ,if any, were made.
Looking at David Goldie's smashing DB9 and the way he has modified the bodywork does make me wonder if that's not a way to go. My car has only done 17K miles and suits me fine,so I have interesting options.
May I also compliment you on your Aston,it looked superb, very classy, and pics cannot do justice to the colour.

I like that,but it's a coupe,must be a Volante.
My present DB9V is black, so although I like black I was interested in seeing the mako blue one,for a change.
Nothing wrong with the silvers or greys but not much beats black when it's shiny.
