06 vantage radio and cluster inop.

My 06 Vantage had not been driven for a while and cig lighter was inoperative. Had the key on, while testing fuses and replaced blown fuse in pass. compartment. Cig. socket works now, but radio and dash cluster won't power up. I hit the power save button in trunk, and pushed reset button behind passenger seat. CD cycles but no power on radio, climate control or dash cluster. Can anybody give me some direction?
