Hello all,

Earlier this week I bought myself a V8 Vantage. Loving it so far!

I've been a lurker on this part of the forum for a while whilst trying to collect as much info on these as I could before buying. Hopefully I'll be a bit more active now.

I'm going to the Hert Country Show Sunday Service this weekend if anyone else is going to be down there with their AMs?

As an aside, I'm looking at teeing up a service for it fairly soon. I seem to live right in the middle of the triangle between AM Works, Grange Welwyn and Lancaster Cambridge. I'd be grateful of any feedback on any of these (in a PM if need be).

Thanks!

Voguely

p.s. it is midnight blue, it was a bit cloudy today when I took the pic, so it looks almost black.

Go to AM Works for servicing. It's worth looking in the heritage showroom and old factory while you're up there. They also tend to have a few rare cars, DB5's, One-77's,V12 Zagato etc

Congrats. That's an interesting colour (interesting = good, btw). Can we see the interior?

Have many people asked you for rides, yet?

Congratulations and welcome - Works gets my vote - they sorted out various issues which supposedly other dealers had done. They also offer delivery / collection and fixed price menu servicing - as others do - although may be less amenable to discounting on those prices. Worth going there to look around if nothing else.

I bought mine from Works and they pick it up from my house in Dorset and bring back. By way, being ex-mil are you forces by any chance??
