Can it be replaced without removing the bumper?
Looks like its maybe clipped on somehow??

Drive slowly into a stationary car in front. That loosens it quite nicely smile

Probably not, you'd need to removed the under tray anyway and you're half way to removing the bumper once you've done that. The clips are a squeezed in place type, so don't exact pop off.
