Hi Will..... Yup.... Car has to go.... Weighed it all up and for the cost to keep mine which really doesn't get much use at all its just a waste sat on the drive...

Brand new 2015 spec VW Racing cup car in its place... So car and track wheels all up for the heavHo!!

The racing is such a rush!!! Addiction... Like heroin.. LOL

Mines just about to leave now for its last full service & MOT and a final check over to make sure all is OK with the car...

Yes, the car is sure ugly, Corvette rear lights, so all in all a bit of a bd child... (Nice use of non-swear word there!)
NO carbon lightweight seats (also my new thing too)

The Golfs are 2.5 Turbo'd... And the VW cup shares the same line up as the British GT, Amazing to watch!! The noise of those things... Plenty of Astons... You can buy a drive with a team??

Next season will be doing the VAG Trophy, Which is More entry level, to gain a year of experience, then the VW cup the year after..... Well happy with my progress and lap times etc... Just want more actual race experience, the drivers in the VW cup are a mixture of well experienced drivers plus a few ex touring car drivers....

The Clio cup will be massive bucks..... Not sure how much a drive is but I expect a whole load... High profile line up along side the BTCC...

I see, makes sense. Always good to have some faster people in with you, pulls you along and helps make you faster. What circuits do you race at?

I think the Clios are about £40k for the car, not sure on entry fees or anything. I'll ask my mate who races in touring cars when I see him this weekend.

George, who do you know in a touring car?? My cousin Tony Gilham is making a come back for the last round at Brands in Rob Hollands Audi..... Gutted I cant get there to watch...

The VW cup cars new are £35-£40K depending on what you want and around the £2.5K per race weekend to run, that's with no damage... LOL

If any one on here fancies some sponsorship Televised events...

So far raced at Brands GP circuit, down to 1;46's & Donnington... Which I love 150's again GP circuit... Not bad for a newbie... But I reckon I could take the Aston round faster... LOL

I know I st out of Snetterton, but I would love to bring the golf to Donni with you lot???

I know Adam Morgan in the WIX Merc A Class. Going down to Brands on Saturday morning, looking forward to it as never been there before. I fancy a track day on the bike there, paddock hill bend looks fun.

Didn't realise the costs were so much in car racing!! My bike was £8k and costs £1k per race weekend (and could realistically do it for a lot less). I'll stick to two wheels!

If you race Oulton let me know and Ill come and watch
