30 cars round Cadwell at one time would be st. It's not wide enough, there's only limited places to overtake in a car.

Best circuit in the UK though.
What would be a workable number George?

Realistically it depends on the pace of the people on it. I've been there on a track day with 30 bikes on track and it's a pain because you never really get clear laps in.

I'd say no more than 10-15 at any one time if you actually want to get some clear track time. Obviously no one is going to stay out there all day non stop so might be better selling more places and just limiting the number on track at once?

Thanks for that. In my/our limited experience, we have not yet seemed to experience a 'congestion' problem. I reckon we can safely accomodate 20 cars but lets wait and see. I have had a pm from someone on the forum that has a friend that is very familiar with cars at Cadwell and will be back from leave next Monday.

With 30 invited, you would never have 30 on track at the same time. While it is narrow, if using the mountain the pit straight has acres of overtaking opportunity and so does Park Straight. It really is a fantastic track, but is not a GT style track due to the nature of corners, especially Mansfield which is a brake killer if driven hard (big downhill section & hard braking). Charlies, hall bends & the Gooseneck are all excellent, however there is little run off in the mountain section, so people will need to be very sensible; That is all except me biggrin

I can't make the 30th March either. weeping

I would love to go to Cadwell though. "The mini-Nurburgring".
