Btw we need a small plank to get in the drive otherwise the underside of the splitter scrapes a little bit. Vanquish Neil has sorted it
What if you just accelerate towards it quickly so that the acceleration makes the car tip backwards, thus lifting the front splitter slightly. George29 said:

Reverse in only, matey Neil's 02 Vanquish scraped the bottom slightly but his splitter is rubber underneath so it was fine. Apparently as he watched me reverse in he felt that mine had a soft underbelly and a bit of flexibility in the movement.
Could probably do without the plank in the dip but no point taking a chance. I've made it out of lightweight wood so Karen can lift it ok

Id have been worried if you were to actually go and try my pisstake suggestion!
How are you finding the car? An improvement on the push bike?
An improvement on the DB9 !!!!!How are you finding the car? An improvement on the push bike?
Only an extra 40 bhp but my word it tells you it's there. When I floored the DB9 the rear end would wiggle a bit if there was any moisture on the surface. The DBS can do this even on a dry surface so you really need to know what you're doing (yes, the tyres are fine).
First thing I did before starting was check the oil - clear / golden. Any blackness would have made for an uncomfortable conversation. Barry Griffin did my Inspection plate - same as the DB9. The noise in the Ronaldo Tunnel was amazing too. Love the little speakers rising out of the dashboard.

Hi Gents,
Whilst I have been looking forward to getting one of our DBR cars out on the track I now find that they are all in fact sold..
Which is of course the reason why we build them.
So whilst there are other cars in our stable that would suit I thought I would see if there is anyone champing at the bit who may wish to take advantage of the slot.
Otherwise it will have to be my old AC Cobra 289 (rep) or perhaps my C2 'vette. Although both are far from track set and ready at the moment.
Andy.
