I like the look, from what so far is not a great set of photos
It can't be accused of being 'the same as all the other astons', it genuinely shows signs of DP100 which was meant to preview some of the new design language, it shows new headlamps, new side strake & lines into same, elements of the zag centenary cars in the grille - I'm pretty encouraged
From what little we can see, also appears to be new seats & dash - about time too !

Any new aston can't be a bad thing <cygnet jokes here>, regardless of its timing, Bond = the ultimate brand awareness. I love it; there aren't too many good photos kicking about yet but they'll come.
I'm afraid that your views on this subject are somewhat diminished as you have lived in Wales.

If it's a movie car (or 10), and the promotional stuff has been more from the 007 people than Aston Martin, maybe it is an F-Type built up and reskinned by the movie people for use in the film? Aston's only involvement would be a guiding hand to make it look like an Aston and have a few bits similar to the next Vantage?
It does look like a Jaguar/Ferrari mix. It seems fine, but nothing special. And it does need to look special, since it won't outperform its competitors. Otherwise, what's left, just the interior and the heritage.
If anything, as someone who won't be buying a new £200k car when that comes out in 2016 or whenever, I would be slightly relieved that I prefer the looks of the current models.

Interesting - a great 'reveal'!
For what it's worth the whole shape is very F-Type coupe, and the rear lights (all be it a glimpse) particularly so. The front end is a bit of a blend of Zagato and the Lagonda to my eyes, but who knows what is actually under the skin. Many of the recent Bond movie cars were nothing like the 'actual' cars on release to the public - James Martin and Daniel Craig went to spec the DBS for Casino Royale when it was still a clay model!
I find it interesting that Ian Callum did the DB7 and 9, then the F-Type after moving to Jaguar, and now Aston have produced something that looks remarkably like an F-type. I hope Marek isn't losing his mojo!

Seems quite ok to me as an indication of the next Vantage.
I find the front end a bit weak - grille too big and gaping and headlights too small and squinting. Otherwise I like, especially the return to a more 'waisted' look to the sill section as per the original Vantage, and less overt splitters, diffusers etc.
