It's the same as everything else AML turf out at the moment, just with sharper edges.

AP : The DB10 is born. Strictly created for James Bond and strictly limited to 10 cars only. The most exclusive DB ever

JM: Do you mean 10 cars for sale or 10 cars for James Bond to wreck during filming?

AP; 10 cars total run - Lets hope James doesn't wreck them all!

So does that mean some will be for sale, or not ?
I wonder whether the car is even road legal
It is about as road legal as the DP-100 hehe

Not sure about that..... Looks a bit ugly at the front.

If this is what the next gen will look like, I think I'm going to buy a V12VS just before they are released, as I have a feeling they'll become classics very quickly.

Maybe the design will grow on me but I'm not feeling it. I miss the kink in the rear quarter window. Without it, it looks too much like a Jag. I agree with others regarding the headlamps and taillights. Too small. I'm not "wowed".

Seems quite ok to me as an indication of the next Vantage.

I find the front end a bit weak - grille too big and gaping and headlights too small and squinting. Otherwise I like, especially the return to a more 'waisted' look to the sill section as per the original Vantage, and less overt splitters, diffusers etc.
This - a weak front end indeed.

Why the HELL didn't they put Bond in the '15 Vanquish??! Seriously missed opportunity to raise the profile of that car.

Because 99% of the people who will watch the film wouldn't know the difference between a Vantage, Vanquish and a DB whatever. Plus anyone likely to buy a new Vanquish probably wouldn't be swayed by a Bond film. They will have been attracted to AM by most of the factors the people on here were attracted by, and decided they wanted the best GT AM make. (Maybe Bond after all for some? smile)

It's great (and probably very expensive) PR for Aston to have Bond in any one of their cars, and this new 'concept' is a brilliant way of showing off what might be around the corner, and cementing the fact that AM is still one of the coolest brands out there.

We can pick holes in the new design all day long because we know every curve and nuance of the great cars we already have and love. To most people it just looks fantastic.

The end result for AM is that it will look amazing in the film, and will lead to a whole new raft of people aspiring to own an Aston.

Personally I think it's a pretty good effort at a new Vantage, with perhaps a bit too much Jag in it. I reckon the new Vantage will look about half way between the existing one and this new DB10.

Hey - at least Moneypenny is back in Spectre. smile

For my money that's a limited edition version of the new Vantage, and it is a stunning total winner. They can have my deposit now.

Doesn't hold a candle to DBS or Vanquish, or even Vantage, as far as design interest goes. A step backwards. Could have used any modern Aston but this for Bond to drive.

Why is it that there is not a single picture of the rear view? Hmm.

It appears that the bonnet and upper front wings are all one piece, which presumably hinges forward.

That won't make it so easy to reach for the dry sump dipstick, but I expect James Bond will have someone to check the oil level for him.

Just for you.

I notice that the rear c/f panel sticks out.
Probably some of James Bond's weapons are housed behind there.

I thought it was a bench for when he gets a bit tired from all the running around. That diffuser is ugly!

Rear is even better than the front IMO.

Seriously, a cracking Vantage replacement coming, if that's what it hints at.

Couldn't even speculate what's under the skin. That's to come...

Hats off to the Aston team that pulled this off. Great job.
