How do you get a private sale professionally inspected?

if you go back to the 15th post it clearly says i did use him and the positive result from doing it. i used his report that was done in great detail to negotiate the price down for the work that was required. the report was all done in an impartial and factual manner that the seller agreed that the work was actually required. it more than paid for rikki and covered way more than any basic dealer test would have covered for that particular car as he knows them back to front. the cost for anyone to survey is heavily biased to geography so you are paying for someones travel and the report writing when done remember.
i still advocate getting someone out of the area though as it is amazing how pally some can be.
what car is it and where are you and someone here might offer advice as to who you might use.
