Db9: does "Sport" do the same as removing Fuse 22?
Discussion
Sport button:
Can rev to the 8k limit in paddle mode and bounce off that
Sharpens throttle response. Less pedal more revs occur
Exhaust valves open earlier - at 3k or 3.5k
Fuse 15 or 22 removal dependent upon year...
Exhaust valves open all the time
That's it. But it's nice to drive more sedately and get the noise.

Knock off the traction control as well and see what happens lol. Great fun in the little Vantages but in the DB9 the extra 12 inches tells you it's there if there is even the slightest bit of moisture on the surface
Now that made me coming from you mikey k said:

If it does some of the same things as the vantage it might also change the throttle pedal map (bit of a gimmick) and raises the rev limit a bit.
DB9 & Vantage are differentFrom AM web site (so current model)
"Push the Sport button - made of real glass - and the New DB9’s powertrain response is transformed. The suspension stiffens, the steering is more direct, the throttle sharpens, the gear shift points are quicker and the control valves open to generate a louder exhaust note."
It's not always fuse 22 so worth a check.
My Virage (a 2012 MY Aston) - which admittedly is absolutely nothing like a DB9 in any way and completely new from the ground up - is Fuse 15.
So best to check.
When I remove it, the difference is subtle, suitable for the more discerning gentleman.
