No problem at all. It is a lovely area and one which I know well due to the inlaws living there. I will be driving down from Lancaster

Hotel du Vin will reserve parking spaces for you when you book - I attended a "prestige" car event there recently with over 25 very expensive cars, all parked securely. But...just a suggestion.....

Looking forward to meeting some other Astons/owners on Sunday

For the uninitiated, is there any programme for the day? anything organised or just turn up with a picnic?

Any chance of taking photos in front of the castle as previous years?

Thx

Yes - go on! Fed up of answering missus' inquisitiveness and requests for nitty gritty minutiae with 'dont know'!

I am thinking of popping along too. Any special arrangements, do we have segregated parking?

Thanks

Tell them you're with Tony and bring sun tan lotion!
Picnic might be useful. smile

(I'm sure Tony will provide more info but I suspect the car will get you in!)

They usually park you all up in the lawn just in front of the castle if I recall correctly.

Have fun.

Thursday my car was Professionally Detailed in readiness for Hever,

Friday it was Titivated to make sure it shone,

Saturday it was Honed and Fettled until you could see your reflection at 20 paces,

This morning it's pissing it down ………….hey ho………..see you later,I'll be the one in the filthy Red Roadster……..hehe

Titivated??? Isn't that a Frankie Howerd line from Carry on Hever (or something... smile )

Ah, the best laid plans of mice and men Ed! Norman will look stunning anyway!!

Looking forward to seeing pictures of the cars on parade down there. Looks to be dry today.

Sad not to be there as its on my doorstep back home...but have an appointment at the Porsche Museum today.

All the best!

Peeped outside quite a few times Ed but it's still raining furious which makes it poor driving or cycling conditions.

Non-attendance at Hever is regrettable but enforced by 100% childcare responsibilities this weekend (and not owning a Rapide).

Have a good one!
