My first visit to Hever. What a top class venue. Good to see some friends old and new along with some cracking cars. Journey home was absolute ste but that could not take away from a great day. Thanks all.

Nice to meet some lovely people and see they too were similarly afflicted - group therapy meet!

Got some nice snaps - will do them proper justice with a bit of processing tomorrow.

Like Hasluck - M25 joke return journey didnt ruin it.

Morning all,

Great to put some faces to names yesterday, catch up on the adventures of Little Norman, and meet some genuinely charming people. What a lovely lot we are. Huge thank you to Tony for setting it up.

Does anyone know how we get hold of the 'official' pictures in front of the Castle? Donation to a charity or similar?

My own effort is a bit LTOP (Leaning Tower of Pisa) !

A most enjoyable event.

Thank you Tony for your organisation.

I would use some image software (the one that comes with Windows might do it), to rotate your photo just a few degrees anti-clockwise. Perhaps then the wall on the left might need a little spray adjustment, but it is a great picture.

It was taken with a humble Blackberry phone so I keenly await Phil's more professional effort. I found a better one that I took with more of the Castle in it though...

Hashluck e-mail me your shot & I'll tune up your verticals!

Here are a few of my favourites:

My usually just football mad son was so enthused by the castle - they'd just done Henry the Viii in school. Bought it to life!

I LOVE the wheels on the Vantage smile

Thanks to Tony for setting this up and everyone else for helping to organise on the day.
We had a great day out.
Good to put faces to names for a few more people on here.
Sorry for letting the side down by having mud splashed up the side of the car, but I thought I'd go for that 'driven' here look by exploiting some very narrow (and wet) minor roads on the way in.
Not sure those cyclists appreciated my using their quiet little road, but at least they heard me coming!
Looking forward to seeing more of Phil's photos.
Cheers
Dave.

Plenty smile we are blessed with good organisers like Tony and Ed (reminds me: great to see another Pride Weekend). We are a global 'church'.

There are a couple of AMOC things going on at the moment and AMOC area 7 (Kent) is quite interesting. The international dinner is really nice as well.

Also there are these type of events, plus plenty of drives organised. For example Ed reckons there maybe a Burghley 2016...which will be fab! Hard to beat 2014, but if anyone can, it's Ed!

Plus, Y100, aka Bob, is known for a lovely track day. It's all quite slow (only sub 140mph so far I think) but very pleasant, except for those pesky V8 drivers who insist on going fast.

Also, some do go to Europe. In groups, for safety smile

Welcome to the club!!!

Pride was in London lol....ok can someone let me know dates for the Kent meetings So I can get along to them. As to track days I prefer drag racing. So if anyone else is interested get in touch. I'm on the board of the the British Drag Racing Hall of Fame and we have a huge gala dinner in November at the Savill Court in Windsor Great Park with lots of guests from overseas. Check out our website. If anyone wants tickets get in touch.

No reckons about it Mike my neck is well and truly on the block as its all booked up with Burghley for Sunday 3rd July 2016…………yes

I hope to build on my last effort and lay on a very special day yet again but on a larger scale, not giving much away currently as its far to far away yet but my
industrious cogs are turning.

Geoff welcome to the party….party, now mark your forward planner cus trust me you'll wanna be there………..thumbup

Geoff if the mods allow this bit to stay up please have a look at SKW Images website and go to the Motorsport section and click Burghley for a taster.

BTW I'm the scary looking bloke sprouting off at the Raffle and Auction……..yikes
