Goodwood Breakfast Club Sunday 3rd May

Hi there,

Anyone on here who will be going to the Goodwood Supercar Sunday on May 3rd? A nice excuse to take the Aston for a drive on what will hopefully be a sunny morning.

Would anyone be interested to drive down together? I am from around Sevenoaks, so happy to meet around there. For a possible wider audience can I suggest the following:

Moto Break
Pease Pottage Motorway
Service Area
Brighton Road
Crawley RH11 9YA

Would need to meet around 7.00 for 7.15 departure.

Are you registering to "show" or just turning up. Not clear how it works from Goodwood website.

Unlikely you'll get anything bread and butter from AM registered to show at this late stage - possible, but unlikely as they will have many already booked to display. So turning up just for the event will mean parking in the field opposite. Which is why I'll be in my Range Rover.

Well stone me. Registered more in hope than expectation yesterday and got confirmation that I'm on the track today. I've always said those Goodwood people are the best

Registered on Sunday night, had conformation on Monday morning.

Will be the first proper drive in the V8V I am picking up this afternoon.

Would it be a good idea to leave Pease Pottage around 6.45 to get to Goodwood in time to avoid queuing up for ages at the entrance
