Little Norman has ventured out on his first long weekend away and has performed well, over the weekend trip of 878 miles he managed to return a pretty impressive 22.7 mpg…………..smile

I won't say where he's been but there are clues if anyone fancies a guess other than to say that there was plenty of horse power on display as we drove around…………..scratchchin

He's off to the Highland's later in the month for the big hoon, hopefully to star in some great pictures along the way…………sad as it is……...thumbup

Well spotted Martyn…………clapyour prize of a Gold Fish in a bag is in the post.

Was it Her Majesties Bed and Breakfast in the background in a couple of the snaps that gave it away.

William,

I rarely find myself in a state of excitement these days but I do find it can make you twitch a bit if that counts…………..rolleyes

It makes a loverly bubble mind you care of the 177 muffler…..smile

Looking forward to the Goldfish ...I'll get the fryingpan out. thumbup

Yes it was the Prison. We stopped in almost exactly the same spot when we were there last autum. Took the detour just to see the gaol. Supprised by the size of the village around it! Had a great drive across the moor and on to Banstable, then through Exmoor for the hell of it.

That really is such a lovely spec. Is Norm a bit shy, though ? Some topless shots would be nice.

There you go Greg not really shy, we'd been dodging pea size hail storms on and off most of the day………….thumbup

Hopefully the sun will shine for our Highland trip so I can take a few more classic photo's to add to my Highland's collection,I really should dig a few of those out for the picture thread…

Even if I say it myself I've got some good ones.

These aren't brilliant but it does show that the lid does come off.

Correct Pete,

Volcano Red it is indeed.

I think Red looks good on the V12 Vantages especially as the Wife picked the colour so who am I to argue…………..simples..thumbup

Not October I'm afraid William.

We go twice a year usually May and then back end of September trying to avoid to many tourists……..:roll eyes: and those bloody Midge's……

Take a peep in Photo's at the top of the page, I've shoved a few snaps in there that include some Highland must stop and click shots.
