It sounds so tasty that I'm even making the trip from the Good 'Ol to attend! Plus I want to lay eyes on all the banterers that drag each and every topic off into the hedges, so as to give them a good 'what for' in person....biggrin
I'm coming over from Bermuda for the event. If you happen to have a private jet, any chance of a lift on your way?

The G4 is being refitted and will not be ready in time, so cannot provide a lift unfortunately. Will have to make do with BA instead.

I presume you are avinalarf.
I would have thought that you have enough tossers in your own country to have a bh at without driving us mad.
Nevertheless I look forward to meeting you.
Are you bringing over one of your Astons ?
No, no. The posters on 6 speed always remain on topic and never devolve into mindlessness, so I must travel to vent my frustration with you lot.

Regarding car, it is a little too costly to ship one over, I'm afraid. And even if I could justify the cost, I fear possible damage due to some weather phenomenon known as a 'Paddy'? I remember reading that it has caused damage to one or more Astons in the past, so cannot take a chance with one of my pretties.

Good to see so many so keen so early in proceedings, especially as this was just a heads up about hotel rooms……..biglaugh

I'll start a sticky when I get the relevant PH permission for registration as I'm struggling to get hold of the main man.

By the way as of 2.30 pm this afternoon the George Hotel of Stamford had the following available.

4, Standards Double rooms.

6, Classic double rooms.

2, Junior Suites.

1, 4 Poster Suite.

3, Single rooms.

So don't be slow if you want pampering in the George as those figures are from the horses mouth………..thumbup

Innuendos? Just FYI - this was one of the better drinking establishments in Stamford last year:

This one was good too, even if a bit sideways.

Booked our room for Saturday/Sunday yesterday. Hopefully I won't have to cancel like last year. It was bad enough missing out on the event of the year, but having to give up my place in your inner circle was almost "too much to bear"...... please can you count us in.

Ed, as my son would say, you are a legend. Now obviously I will be there, and while I would never presume, did I mention I have a fine candidate for your inner circle. I predict this is going to be the event of the year again. Good luck.

Thanks Ed - George it is - they did a nice 2 night deal. Would have been rude not to.

Get yer names down - was quite magical last year as she was very new to me and Astonishing beauty surrounded us!

I'll be the one with kids - only 4 Rapide 'MPV's' out of 240 Astons last year!

I trust you'll be on parade Pete.

I don't know about anyone else but I got a shiver down my spine on watching that clip, the noise and nostalgia you just can't beat it plus a posh field full of Aston's.

Some great pictures now popping up on here so why don't we find a few more to show the newer members of the forum what they can expect and in doing
so encourage them to sign up for the fun.

Come on its going to be crazy……...thumbup
