Great day thanks to Ed for organising and Jon for the hospitality.
Bacon banter and cars a great mix
Lots of tales of woe and joy on the Aston front with a few other cars present to spice it up!
Keep your guard up folks there is a troll about called 21quid I think it's the grinch in disguise!
Look forward to the next gathering drive home got a bit lively so hopefully license stays with me!

For those that heard the Staffie tale and the Supervet don't forget Monday More4 Supervet Christmas cracker!

Great day, many thanks John and Ed for the hospitality. Even though I did turn up in the Yellow Peril, for what it's worth TonyH, never missed a beat and great drive back!
Though I think a certain person is trying all sort of new business ideas. Or is it that he can't spell??
Your thoughts please?

Next year's meet list http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

and a link to the 2014 thread http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Event of the year if you like Astons, a big house/garden, spitfires and a bit of charitable giving.

Thanks to Ed for organising and John for hosting. Bit chilly in the wind but stayed dry. Fezzas, few Lambos and plenty of Astons to admire outside, and an F40 and Countach inside (to name but a few). The pictures don't do it justice. There were a couple of guys who said they had been asked by JohnM to take some photos. Maybe they've got a better overall view. Good to put more faces to names.

Thanks for a great morning. It was lovely to admire so many beautiful cars (some cleaner than others). It was a highlight to have a nose around Mikey's macca (thanks mikey) and the cars in the showroom, will get my name down for Burghley smile

Most of the silvers and greys were all lined up together, aside from one Macca interloper. Nick I did not see you after your run out in it, did you get car sick or something?

Thanks to Ed and our wonderful hosts for the day. It always goes so quickly and you never get the chance to look at all of the cars properly.
