Thanks Nick, makes perfect sense and thanks (the offer is still there). As it happens the dealership were in touch with me that evening asking who took the photos but when I explained to them that I had already asked the customer for his permission they were fine about it. Surprisingly Cayman-black the Vanquish is a lot closer than the GT12, but that's without the lower splitter being fitted on the GT12.


looks like its touching but there is a good 10mm there...slowly in slowly out.

I have just noticed that the beautiful and very traditional, Aston Martin wing vents have bee omitted on the GT12. There seems to be a filler piece instead.

I wouldn't call it a filler piece, the wings are bespoke.

I know, but in the photo we can see the outline of the original aperture, which looks odd. Not the same as the GT3.

Well, the shape at the front is different too, but I see where you're coming from. It's actually caused by the crease line in the door that needs to be continued into the wing.

Doors are a difficult part to change as they affect the side impact regs.
