Having passed on an allocation for this car I'm curious to know what I missed out on.
Has anyone on here taken delivery yet ?
If so what is it like ?

There was recently a mention on here of one seen at a dealer, delivery due was last Monday.

They are being delivered therefore, but as you say, probably no one on here.

A great piece of engineering, but I still cannot picture myself at the wheel of a GT12 stuck in a traffic jam. In those circumstances, that big rear wing would make the car look ridiculous.

Might make me sick and I hate to introduce the grubby subject but I assume the first one to change hands will command a substantial premium.
Any guesses how much over list ?

77 - One-77. = Over list.
101 - V12VR = Under list.

Was it about 150 - Vantage Zagato = don't know.

If the GT12 does command a premium on the used market, that might encourage the modification of some early Vantage cars into GT12 look-alikes.

From memory it was about 50-60 Zagato's in the end, and pretty sure they are Over list now.

Personally I would also expect the GT12 to be over list - its got to be the ultimate pinnacle of the current generation of Astons! Ok, One-77 excepted but it was in a different price league again.

Intended Zagato production was 101 but they eventually made 71.
They sell over list now.

Volcano red, with meteorite decals, black leather with red stitching. Apparently it's the only red GT12 being produced.
Looking forward to driving it :-)

Looks the nuts. Was never the biggest fan of the launch colours. Can you spec it without the decals?

Looks great Matt.Interested to hear how it drives.
I would be interested in a comparison with any other limited edition front engined v12s that might be arriving soon!!

Yes you can, but to be honest it looks a bit odd without them as the vent at the back wheel stands out a bit without them, it helps it all blend in. Was a hard choice though!

I thought you would have the choice and I thought they would look better without the decals, but I can definitely see your point. Looking forward to seeing it in the metal when you get it.

I would not be too sure. The GT12 was too expensive to start with if you compare it to the Porsche GT3 RS' so it might be an exclusive car but there is a reason for that. The Porsche GT3RS was very attractively priced for that kind of performance and hence the big premiums now being paid.
