You are counting the V12VS models, not V12V.
Perhaps as the S is the current model, there are dealer 'demonstrators' contributing to the 20 for sale.
It would only be approximately one per dealer.

I count 8 on Autotrader - 3 coupes and 5 roadsters. I think the coupes are exceptional value which perhaps explains how few are available. Bet the remaining ones won't last long!

As for the roadsters clearly the sellers are not budging on price despite the normal drop off in price at the end of the year.

I got red interior, a loud sportscar requires an equally loud interior :-) If you want black interior get an Audi!

I am not surprised the V8V are selling quickly and not many listed, I come out of my Porsche about 12 months ahead of plan because the price was just too tempting!

Well, that looks like it's been a busy week.
Only 1 for sale in the dealer network this week now.

Think this answers the question from another topic. Is it a keeper.

Good to hear mblade. January a cold bleak month and still the V12V are flying out of the showrooms.
The one thats left has not arrived in stock yet and Nijius on here is already on it!

There's 7 for sale on mobile.de which covers the whole of Europe and 7 on autotrader.com which covers the USA.

Then there may be a handful in say Australia, S Africa and on other sites so maybe 20 worldwide or 1.5% of production.

Who knows how things will work out over the coming days. The way the market is going, I could very well be the last ever purchaser of an authorised V12V.
