Come on chaps its Friday night the start of the weekend so lets have a few more of you sign up please.

There's loads of you still to convince to join in so lets see if this little shout out can interest a few more.

I met I lovely chap at Santa Pod in the summer who does a lot of painting for the Dragster scene and on talking to him he showed great interest in joining us at Burghley.

Since our initial meeting Paul Whitehouse has kindly offered to do a private commission of some ones pride and joy so this will be another lot for the Auction.

Paul will be displaying some of his varied work at Burghley, so please spare a minute or two on passing his display and have a word,he's a great guy with an outstanding talent.

You like planes as well…………Pauls your man.

Somewhere in his portfolio is a very nice picture of a beautiful green DB9 once owned by a certain Mr Hall…….thumbup

Right we seem to have run out of puff a bit on the registration front so come on lets all pull together and get a few more names on the list if possible……..yes.

Its still early days but I'd like to see the 250 reached before February is out if we can, tall order but only time will tell.

The Event is coming together well and with the field thats being assembled for you enjoyment the place should be rammed with all things Astonishingly Aston.

There's an lot of Newbies on the forum since last time so they probably need a bit of encouragement to join in with the party spirit.

Maybe a few of those that attended the last time could now shout up with their memories of the day or even the odd picture to help encourage a few more of the newer members to sign up.

Memories can be had by visiting SKW Images here www.skwimages.com and following the link to Motor Sport and hey ho there's a snap or two of the day we had before.

That will be dwarfed by whats in store so please get behind it and stick your names down to keep the momentum going.

Cheers Ed……………..thumbup

Andrew is also producing a run of 10 limited edition Giclee prints of the picture itself on heavyweight fine art paper that will be approx 450 x 600,these will be signed and numbered by the artist.

Number 1 of this extremely limited run will be Auctioned at Burghley with all proceeds again going to the Charity pot.

A Saturday evening update for you……..

I'm please to tell that you I've had great support throughout from Haymarket (PH) and all,but I can now confirm there publishing division will be with us all on the day.

They've already offered to donate to the raffle and auction and could not have been more of a pleasure to deal with in such a prompt and professional manner clap.

You will now be able to order all the magazines your hearts desire whilst wandering in a posh field full of Aston Martins, what more could a man want.

Secondly if theres anyone out there that fancies a copy of the event poster please shot me a mail, there £25.00 each with a healthy percentage being donated by the Artist

I'll await the rush as once there gone that will be it and in a few years time you never know the value from this small elite run.

More news further down the line as I have a couple of major things yet to spill the beans about.

Thanks for the continued support and for those that haven't yet decided about coming please get signed up to attend as it will be a better place with you all there………..thumbup
