You will love it. As soon as you push that glass key in and hear the V12 roar it will all be worthwhile.
There's something special about it being a V12 and in the Vantage body.
Just remember, people will think your a freak for constantly smiling and nipping into the garage to admire your beauty biggrin
Honestly, every V12 Aston that I've been lucky enough to drive (DB9, DBS, Rapide S and now this) the startup sound is enough to put a massive smile on my face. smile

When I had the V8 Vantage I asked my wife what she thought about the sound and the drive after she drove it. She replied: "Yeah, it's alright."

Blasphemy!

Speaking of which, I'll ask if I can take the Vanquish for a drive tomorrow while I'm there. Gotta think ahead to the next car...

I love your dry sense of humour... Do you talk like this in real life or is it just for the forums? biggrin

I am another first time Aston owner - straight in with a V12V. Fabulous in every way. Thoroughly enjoyed the thread and could nor resist adding my first pic to help Nijius Maximus have an even more restless night....

12.5 hours to go...

To satisfy the wait I've just ordered a set of these carbon fibre babies:

...and the travel flask, the wallet, the pen and pencil set, the teddy bear (for the wife), the mug... hehe

Impeccable taste sir, going in with the V12V as your first Aston! I love Morning Frost on the V12V - I remember seeing it for the first time when Shmee150 put his father's V12V up on YouTube. It's equally as stunning as the black in my opinion especially with the stark contrast of the black bonnet vents against the white.
