Off to test a DBS and V12VS tomorrow...Any advice?

Hmmm... black grille, huh?
I've always considered too much black on a car to be over the top. Eg. Black wheels on a black car.
But then Sukh put up that photo of his car and it sure does make it look even meaner... You got black wheels as well my friend?
I think I'm gonna have to see these black grilles in person. At the moment I love the black body and the silver wheels (with the gloss black insides) and the various bits of carbon fibre and silver to complement the black body.
On a side note: I can't understand why Aston didn't put the carbon fibre wheel centre caps as standard on the Carbon Black edition. It really adds to the CB feel of the car and looks fantastic. In my opinion anyway...

No black wheels, just the standard CB V12V wheels. Like you say, need to be careful with too much black. I did the tailpipes too...I stopped there then. Was a bit unsure of changing Grille/Tailpipes but was worth it imo I've always considered too much black on a car to be over the top. Eg. Black wheels on a black car.

That's the one thing I REALLY want cayman! But what's the best place to get them? There was a thread on here recently about it but those were for older Vantages.
I got lucky and picked a genuine AM pair up on eBay for £300. I actually got them before i bought the car.As for the black grill and tailpipes i prefer the bright finish that the car comes with but hey each to there own.

Interestingly, my 2012 CB came with a black grille and also black window surrounds. The latter is a subtle but effective way of 'updating' the look, I think. The V12S has black window surrounds.I've always considered too much black on a car to be over the top. Eg. Black wheels on a black car.

Those window surrounds actually look pretty good - I like the way they blend in to the body. Wonder how much they'd be to implement... Nijius Maximus said:

like the black window surrounds too,
I'd also like a pair CF wing mirrors, group buy or a purchase from China anyone?
I got my window surrounds wrapped in gloss black by a local wrapping firm, 1/2 a day and around £150.I'd also like a pair CF wing mirrors, group buy or a purchase from China anyone?
Easy job.
Also worth noting that OYA don't do discounts for group buys.
Only way to save money is to ship it all to one address then send on locally.
