Nick,

Will it also be compatible with the Volvo DVD system? Or is it just the HDD system that it will work with?

I don't have the Denison system fitted already, I presume it will require that fitting also?

No doubt Ed will get one of these to raffle at Burghley?

Absolutely Sean,

Its fitted to our 2007 DB9V.

For Nav and camera no need for the Denison.

This seems very interesting indeed. Does it simply mirror your smartphone display? Is it Android compatible or just iOS? Would love to be able to have Spotify playing with the artwork displaying on the screen...

Calm down, you haven't got it yet biglaugh

iOS and Android

For now we are only looking at Nav and camera. Again dependent upon demand the extra bits "may" follow yes

Haha, I'm thinking three steps ahead! biggrin

Well put me down as interested. Do you offer a front camera option as well or just rear?

1. Will this solution work on a Garmin system?
2. Will it play audio/video through an iPhone app?
. 2a. If so, how will the audio quality compare to ipod connection?
. 2b. Is control through the phone or car joystick?
4. Can you fit front and rear cameras?
3. Do the cameras automatically switch on and off with selecting reverse?

Oh, and price....... smile

Looks great, very interested. Just had the Denison unit fitted by James and he did a top notch job!

I assume the link to the maps (Google Maps / Waze) has audio played back through the cars speakers?

Only Volvo at the moment
Audio/Video "may" follow if enough interest
Yes rear camera activated when selecting reverse

Price will depend on take up. The bigger the interest the lower the price biggrin

OK guys we seem to have plenty of interest. James is back this week to tidy up the connections to the phone so that it will be invisible. I will then do my best to create a video of the kit in action which I can post on YouTube thumbup

James fitted front and rear cameras to my DBS - Automatically switches over when engaging reverse (you need to have the satnav 'up' - it doesn't auto lift the screen ATM) Front camera is selected via a toggle switch in the ashtray flap where the front camera control unit is also fitted. Gives left / right / panoramic / aerial views all from one tiny camera under front number plate. User adjustable virtual lines on screen too to help gauge a 'close' park. Handy when coming from a V12V into a long nosed DBS biggrin I have Garmin so will be interested if / when its an option to upgrade

I'm interested. I already have the iPod connection to the stereo in my glove box. Have Volvo Nav at the moment which is crap of course. Does it use Apple car play?

Just to confirm definitely interested.

I would like Waze and Spotify and reverse cam and needs to connect to Android.

I have a 2006 V8V with the Volvo DVD nav. Interested depending on cost.
