Looks great Northernmedia, I'm guessing Cobalt Blue? if correct then it really shows the difference the accents and stitching make as I had a Cobalt Blue roadster but without contrast stitching etc and the interior didn't look anywhere near as good.

Burghley House is a small pile of blocks in the east Midlands, link to website below, where Ed50 is in I believe his 3rd year of organising a get together of Aston Martin owners and their steeds.
The house offers tours and has some lovely gardens/grounds and provides a great backdrop to the gathering(ample photo opportunities for a photographer like yourself).
The aim of the day is to have a good time in the company of our fellow Aston Martin/Pistonhead reprobrates while raising money for worthwhile causes. There is a sticky at the top of the Aston Martin page here giving more details and a thread titled "A Few Cats out of the Burghley Bag" is regularly updated by Ed50.
So please have a look and if you can get over then do register and we will look forward to welcoming a Swiss registered Kiwi to the event.(Please make sure you get some good pics of my car as I never can smile )

Thanks for the info, I`ll check that out and see if I can fit it in the schedule. If so, I will for sure bring a camera!

Matt my apologies, as I get older the memory gets worse you posted a pic earlier in the thread and I had already lost that memory to the sands of time getmecoat.

There was a Flugplatz one at Grange Brentwood when I was looking but it went before I got a chance to see it.
Did yours come from Lancasters Cambridge? think I recognise it from your profile pic.

Right it is definitely time for me to start taking the special medicine, just realised that the profile pic I was thinking of was Flugplatz's and his is a Roadster to boot.
Still you both have bloody lovely cars.

Sorry Ed, failed again but as you said Burghley House Event shouldn't be pushed on people at every opportunity or they may get fed up with it all wink
As you have mentioned it now though, Mr Tremlini would you fancy a break in the UK at the beginning of July with plenty of photographic opportunities involving Aston Martins and A Stately Home thrown in.
Yes come on Dean! Any excuse to drop a glossy shot. I know you can do better than this as the sun is on the wrong side of the car biggrin:

Good market in the Daily Mail for shots too on austerity stories wobble

Excellent - was working with a Swiss lady today and she loves the cheap prices here in UK (inc speeding fine deals)! You'll have fun. Cheers
