The GT8! Carbon fibre bodied £200K 440BHP 7 Speed V8.
Discussion
FWIW, i don't see the point in getting a car like this and not making it either loud & proud or incredibly menacing/stealthlike in all black
Many people are talking about resale, in which instance standing out as much as possible from the in relative terms, more ordinary V8/S and even V12 is important. Hence no aero, a colour like titanium or say the ceramic grey of my V12VR, no lightweight seats, no trick exhaust, etc would IMHO be a mistake - the more it stand out as a balls out racer, the more it will be worth.
So alloro green, kermit green, fluglatz, bright yellow, bright orange - all will serve that purpose well
If on the other hand resale is not a primary consideration, there's nothing anyone on here can say to a prospective buyer that is remotely useful, because you just have to go with what your heart tells you looks best

I've been waiting a long time for this car to be released and not planning on selling it, so re-sale value isn't a concern. Interesting to hear your opinions though.
My main reason for avoiding a 'loud' colour is the car will be used quite regularly, and I don't want to find myself in situations where I avoid taking it over other cars in fear it will attract too much attention. Those who 'know' will know anyway - I have specified the titanium exhaust, the aero pack and the carbon roof

That car in any colour at all is going to stop traffic and attract crowds.
For a start you will be heard 3 miles before you arrive.
Might as well go LOUD cos you aint hiding anywhere
My account has finally let me start posting! Has been great reading about what all of you guys are thinking. We have(at least for now) spec'd ours as lightning silver with red accents as FFM mentioned and lots of carbon fibre. With regards to chassis number we wanted either 8, 28 as those are our favourite numbers!

Current thoughts.
Manual, Aero, titanium, centre locks(possibly lwt), carbon badges, half cage, black and grey alcantara.
Exposed carbon, carbon roof and mirrors and Q stripe on all...
Flame orange with white accents.
Diavola red with silver accents.
Acid green (Whole car) with white accents.
Allora with yellow accents.
Viridian, no accents.

I'm thinking of a play in gulf colours using the new db11 colour (morning frost blue)
The 4 GT12 cars in gulf colours are all different however they all paid the £11,995 for it as AM have to pay Gulf a royality. I think morning frost blue with the carbon roof and morning frost white accents would be a wow car.
