Had a great day yesterday picking up my GT8, what are great drive back up the Fosse Way, the noise is incredible & the handling on the greasy roads was fantastic!

Very nice. Love the wheels, first car i've seen with them other than launch car. Starting to wish i'd gone for them.

Fantastic choice, it looks great. Are this photos at Gaydon ? Have you arranged a Gaydon hand over ?

Considering this is the 'wrong' colour, that is by far and away the nicest spec GT8 I've seen. (Sorry Tim :P) I love the exposed carbon option, it makes it look super aggressive and classy all at the same time. Superb choice on the satin finish. Beautiful.

I'm sure you will keep it and love it - just look at it!! Congratulations!

Side note - has anyone managed to grab a photo of the all black non aero kitted GT8 yet? Really interested to see what this would look like.
thanks.

Nice to finally see someone not spec the carbon fibre front grille. Looks much more aggressive and 'GTE like' in my opinion thumbup

Ahhhh Cinnabar Orange, the colour I'd spec my Vantage were I fortunate enough to do so!

They do look so much better without the random coloured (orange) accents. A pretty car that some owners seem to be giving an awkward look to.

Who is still awaiting for his GT8? Mine build-date is scheduled for mid-March (I believe these will be the last being built)

I would argue that's your opinion rather than a fact, the beauty of it is that we can all like different things. I for one very much enjoy the GTE race inspired nature of the car and you don't find a racecar without multiple tones to their liveries.

Does the cut out wheel arch at the front allow more road debris onto the sides of the car?

I think mine is scheduled for late Feb/early March. Such that I'll probably delay registration until mid-April for the changeover in road tax

And yes it will have orange accents (because I want them!) smile

Did anyone ask AM if they'd paint the carbon? I'd like to see one where everything is the same colour and the carbon blocked in straight lines round the bottom of the car like most of the DBR9 race cars. Or even just all body colour.

Sorry, I can't compute why you'd rather the car be registered post 31st March 2017? Won't it cost thousands more over the first 5 years of ownership? Please educate me as I'm in a similar position.

Thanks!
