I saw one today in black with no aero kit, no accents, no carbon, and the standard wheels; very 'plain' Vantage.
If the owner is amongst us; - You certainly have a beautiful, unique and very special understated car, which will give you great enjoyment.
If not; - How odd. I doubt the wider wings would even be noticed, so how would anyone know it is the GT8?
Hope it never meets a V12V (half the price) at the lights.
Is purchasing a GT8 like buying a Porsche? Would this owner have paid extra, to delete wing and paintwork stripes?

LOL - maybe he was just tight/skint and wanted to buy one for the actual base £165K RRP! If not; - How odd. I doubt the wider wings would even be noticed, so how would anyone know it is the GT8?

Not a great article. Nearly 600bhp from the 4.7 ?? Don't think so...Good luck for the race though!

Gives a good idea of how loud the GT8 is. Usually a C63 can hold its own for sound, but not in this company!

Thanks Folks,
It's a fantastic car having lots of fun getting back in the manual frame of mind again.
Roll on 2017 with a few track days and a visit to Spa in April

Mr. Tim Shmee, I watched you latest, actually all your videos so far on the making of your GT8. Thank you for making them, they are very informative and fun to watch, to see what most of us never get a chance to, a behind the scenes look at the building of the Vantage. What a really beautiful color combo you chose, the Blue with Orange accents. Blew me away seeing the lady stitching the seat, by hand, so perfect, can't imagine the skill it takes, no room for error there. I look forward to more videos, thank you again for sharing.

Sounds nice and understated to me as an Aston should , I thought the gt8 was about the performance .... do the accent colours make it go faster
Is it about performance or experience though? If we were buying performance we'd save some cash and take a 570S.Cant wait to hear updates from other owners as they take delivery in 2017
