Good man, sleepless nights now then! I sympathise, I had a similar wait for mine, it's exhausting!! Also have Quicksliver on mine. Piccies when you pick it up, it's the law.
Will definitely post pics when it's here!

How do you find the exhaust? I was a little apprehensive about getting it because I've not driven a car with it but only heard one revving. How do you find living with it?

Going from a 2005 DB9 to the DBS, so am very excited!
High RPM it's pretty loud, but fairly inobtrusive when cruising, a pretty good compromise actually. never driven a DB9, I came from a V8V so the difference was substantial.

There are a lot more Vanquishes (Vanqii?) than DBS no? I would have loved a Vanquish but it's still a fair bit above my budget so I guess this will have to do for now biggrin

Love the colour on yours BTW, would be my first choice too!

Just looking through the dbs cars for sale and....

why would you present a car like this, ok its pre prep and will be put right but looking at the wheels they look like fred flinstones and the front tyre looks bald, stains on front seat,
Its like having a new girl friend and knowing her history before you date her eek
Surely this would put people off??

That's what it cost Jockers to be back in a Corsa IIRC

Not at those prices and in fairness I own the perfect car for me currently wink. My comment was two-fold, crazy prices being asked and you / Snip must be biggrin

I actually think return on investment is VERY important when buying an Aston.... none of the posts here have taken into account the very important "wife factor". Yes darling it's an amazing investment makes life soooo much easier. "darling I love this car, LOOK its gorgeous and sounds awesome" generally loses wife points where, "look at this investment opportunity darling, see how much a DB5 is worth now" gains many wife points
