just been looking for a SUV rental for my trip from Vegas in Jan, and came across this rental broker http://www.usrentacar.co.uk

Only it seems a little suspiciously cheap!

£570 for 19 days in a Grand Cherokee (or similar) including £0 excess.

Thats less than £30/day, can't even get a bloody Corsa for that over here!

The actual rental company is Dollar who i believe is a large US rental, but you pay the broker.

So has anyone used them?

Just want to confirm they are legit before i book.

Cheers

I've heard of Dollar and they're a pretty big well known company as far as I know. Car rental in the US is way way cheaper than here so that price doesn't surprise me.

Used them seve al times for Florida and last year in California out of San Francisco and never had a problem. Certainly recommend them as reliable (though the same can't always be said for the service at some out of rental outlets....yes Dollar I am looking at you!)

Used them several times for trips to Florida. A good company to deal with, don't worry.

Brilliant thanks.

I have booked, still can't believe they are almost half the cost of avis etc!

On another point, does anyone know what models that are equivalent/in the same class as the grand cherokee?

I won't end up with one of those Hyundai SUV things will i?

I found a cheaper deal using Virgin Holidays. They've got free one way hire on at the moment. £200 cheaper than US rentacar for an SUV for two weeks.
