Looking to add remote exhaust mode cut off for Rapide ! Does anyone know fuse number and fuse box location to pull fuse and add remote control fuse that can keep exhaust in open sport mode when you want it before the 3000 rpm kick in? Help !!

Its different on a Rapide as fuse is under passenger seat - BR 3 way switch is best! Replied to you on the other thread...

Under the rear passenger seat where battery is? The manual doesn't show any fuse box there ? So it's fuse number 3 ,do you know if there is a box with other fuses ? what's 3 way? I'm replacing fuse with
Another fuse for remote push button switch so I can turn exhaust valve on and off ! Thanks for your reply !

No, under left hand passenger seat for RHD cars. I know nothing else as I have the 3 way switch - Original/open/closed. You tap into a few wires in the passenger footwell that run to the rear of the car. I'm not so sure the fuse thing works on a Rapide (you may lose your wipers too when you open the valve LOL)- been a while since I researched it. Ping Bamford Rose...the knowledge is there...

Hello. I have one and had the remote fitted by Clive of remote exhaust box fame here and in the owners club. It was his first on the Rapide and an excellent job was done. Took some fathoming as the earth is different to the others. As you can tell, I don't have a clue what I am talking about but Clive does. Sounds amazing now!

Hi, how hard are the CCC and BR solutions to install? Any estimate of costs to do so?

Thanks!

Dunno, both of mine were fitted free when I took cars for a service...

CCC takes around 10-15 mins to fit and think was around £70-80. It's little fidly to fit as it's under rear passenger side seat and getting off fuse board cover takes the main time.

Go for it, only regret was to order with default mode as bypass on by default (you have to ask for this) as I end up switching on bypass each time I drive off.
