Nope...still in the dark....please extrapolate.
Only thing that springs to mind is a knobkerrie....haven't used one of those for years.
Sorry OP....thread gone ever so slightly off topic.

I love the way our Tungsten car looks in the sun. Also echo the thoughts on not having to keep it 100% clean.

Looks very nice with a bitter chocolate interior/roof wink

Sorry, couldn't resist.
Christ almighty Ian, that is absolutely stunning. Bitter chocolate is my absolute favourite interior and goes so well with Tungsten. Bravo.

Both are good colours that imo suit the image of class associated with the brand and the car...quantum is gorgeous, not at all biased biggrin

Sorry to deviate slightly from the original question, but can someone advise me if the earlier V12 Vantage was available in tungsten? I have been looking through the classifieds but cannot find any for sale in this colour.

I also note on the configurator for the current V12V that tungsten does not appear to be an option. What is the closest to tungsten in the current colour palette?

All Astons are available in all colors. So, I would expect someone ordered a V12V in Tungsten, but may be looking for a proverbial needle.

Yes, it was. I have seen 3/4 Tungsten V12V's over the years but there are a lot more Quantum and Meteorite cars around. Quantum was of course released as a colour from the Bond films.

I think Hammerhead Silver is pretty close to Tungsten but has a different fleck in it so looks quite different when the sun shines.

Don't forget Ceramic Grey. Not a million miles from Quantum but more sparkly.

Buying second handd. Two choices were tungsten and quantum ... I've gone tungsten! Sunday needs to come quick. That's when I part with my hard earned cash!

Many congratulations Arin. I don't think you've told us what you're getting, Vantage or DB9? Good luck with sleeping between now and Sunday. Remember the rules, no pictures and it didn't happen biggrin

I owned a Tungsten coupe and thought the colour was very flat. It just looked grey all the time. I'd go quantum. Looks much deeper and glossy IMO.
