Argentinian developer who are apparently going to be stretched a bit to finish it. It's on probably the only spare bit of land downtown Miami, next to the Epic, which is nice but everything else around it is pretty old and tatty. A couple of blocks away is very low rent. Close to where Beckham has plans to build his MLS stadium.
The Porsche Design tower is in a much better location but it'll be all square edges and everything will work properly and who wants that?!

Possibly the mate that you refer to, is the man who continually pushed AML on here, to build a GT12 and GT8 version of the Vantage. By the time they took his advice, he had already cleared off to the 'other side'.
