Congratulations from another V12VSR owner. Looking great in Morning Frost! I'm sure you will enjoy your car a lot.
@Ian: Have you lost your AMHT badge on your V12VSR?
Edited to say you wouldn't be able to buy a V12VSR at this price in mainland Europe. The current exchange rate makes UK prices seem like a bargain!

Hi . No i don't know the car. Just a little nervous for you as you have not seen it, i hope the deposit is refundable if car is not to your standards and perfectly prepared.
From the pictures though its a stunner.

I bought my V12VSR unseen. As long as it is from a reputable AML dealer, I wouldn't worry, they have to meet some standards if they want to remain affiliated with the brand.

They have been good with answering specific emails regarding condition so fingers crossed.

It is a 2015.5 model year. Do you know if sat nav was standard. I forgot to ask them.

Really quite excited. I have had many cars but this will be my first V12.

Any advice on what specific things I should check for when the car arrives. Are there any common issues I should look out for?

Pics of your car would be great!!

Here is one driving the Mont-Ventoux with the French "Aston Passion" Club.

And a few others from the Bourgogne meeting last October organised by the French section of the AMOC.

Tucked safely away in the hotel's garage and outside with my friend's DB6:

sorry, i'm bombarding this thread. Does anyone have any ideas as to how many V12VSR have been sold in the Uk and when production is likely to stop?

That's the V12V register, not V12VS - and MakoV12V (Phil) doesn't intend to start keeping records of "S" models - I've already asked... frown

I think the main issue with the roadster is headroom. If you are tall your head will touch the roofline which it doesn't on the coupe.
6ft 3 and Sports seats = no problems whatsoever smile

Drove it for an hour or so to make sure that I get on with the gearbox. Actually really enjoyed the gearbox, it was a complete non issue after just 5 or so minutes of driving.
