Felt like a long time coming... but finally swapped out the Vanquish for the Vanquish S today. Piccys below. Differences? Mostly cosmetic really. Can I tell the difference between 658bhp and 600bhp? Not really to be honest! Biggest difference is the noise, a lot, LOT, louder.... I swapped out the Larini exhaust I had on the Vanquish to Vanquish S(mid section and sports cats)obviously the rear box can't be swapped due to quad pipes, HR Owen thought it was the loudest AM they have ever heard, and thought it was an Adventador starting up in workshop. YET the "S" button works well, hour trip home with "S" not on was perfectly fine and quiet (ish) The finish on the interior is much nicer with the quilting and the external changes are obvious but other than that... I must say I LOVE it smile Loved the Vanquish, love the S also... as I keep telling the wife... a sound investment for the future!

Undecided on the front grill... I like the "authentic" Aston look grill I have now but not sure if I would prefer the new "S" grill, will think on it and maybe swap between the 2.

Well done. I saw a similar one but with yellow accents in Cambridge AM.

Nice car.

Congratulation - looks great. I love the carbon bonnet louvres, can you confirm if they are the same size as the Vanquish? Would love to get those...

Was that at Pangbourne last week? Saw it (without the snappy number plates!) on their front driveway as I was picking up my V12V from service on Thursday pm. Absolutely love the interior - the stitching on the seats is amazing!

Absolutely stunning- congratulations.

Interesting to hear you say not much difference in the performance. Is that true even in sport mode?I had been told they were putting in a more V12Vs-like throttle map - would be curious what you think compared to your previous Vanq.

Waw! That looks stunning. Interesting comment about you not feeling the performance difference. I'm tempted to have the Performance Pack fitted to my V12VSR which basically would be the same engine as the Vanquish S I presume and I obviously would expect some kind of difference in performance/throttle response/sound.
Congratulations on your new toy, enjoy!

Love the car but i really dislike those wheels. Can't quite put my finger on why. They look like an afterthought.

In all previous Astons, the wheels sort of made sense. With this one, they feel a little... after market?

Congrats nonetheless. You must be well chuffed!
