Plus, there will be a great display of Lagonda's and a great group of enthusiasts who love their cars and are happy to share the passion! After all David Brown needed a Lagonda engine, designed by WO Bentley, to ensure a successful post war models and competition history in the 1950s. (although personally I don't remember it!)

Its not the finished article, only a representation, the finished car will be very very special. We do have a bit of provenance in this area......

Simon,

I can't help but think that it would have been a cool move if you friends across your forecourt had matched your enterprise and worked
with you on a ME109 Edition of the 911.

Although probably not feasible as a practical project with the enormity of the German Company I just keep thinking how cool it would have
been for the serious collector.

I'm sure your next reveal will be as equally stunning as the Spitfire Vantage.

Just my 2 bobs worth of a pipe dream.

. Thanks Tony and apologies if I came across as overly defensive. Forgive the pun but I did a lot of defending with Spitfire on here when it was announced. I'd prefer to head off any bow waves of negativity before they form this time! Kisses back S

You won't be seeing me at St Athan unfortunately.

It clashes with a road trip organised many moons ago to Northern Germany.

Shame I would have liked to attend especially to witness your latest reveal.

That's a shame, but fear not there will be a film of it! Have an epic time in Germany and stop in for a coffee soon S
