Ahh so frustrating, I hadn't realised it was this weekend. I am a touch busy. Does anyone happen to know if Beaulieu can accomodate helicopter landings?
I'll ask... biggrin
Hello Ninja, just following up to see if you had a response? PM me if needs be. I've got my useful little man to clean the Aston today but I am pushing it to get back to the UK and drive down, dropping in en route would be preferable.

Hello 48k, apologies you don't have email replies enabled on your account so couldn't send you the message the other day.

They do have helicopter landing as I remember a friend landing there a few years back - you have to pay a landing fee.

But not sure what it'd be like on the Simply Aston Martin day. Not sure what time you're heading in but would call them beforehand to find out.

Hope to see you tomorrow... In car or otherwise... wink

I'll be there with my dad, he only picked up his DB11 today!

My dad and I will be there in our recently acquired V12V (hope the picture eventually uploads)
Also bought from Chichester.
Must get out of bed and help washing the beast down!
Let's have a great day!

Great to see so many people out today. Beautiful weather & some fabulous cars.
Tony, Nice to meet you this morning & see the new P&J in all its glory.
Not sure which type of red the V12VS is in the 2nd photo, but it was absolutely stunning in the sunlight!
Impromptu convoy with a glorious grey DBS through the nightmarish & pointless M3 'Smart Motorway (WTF!) roadworks. Phots below (slightly ashamed of the filthy state of my Cobalt V8VS!)

Hopefully going from Kent and may try Hindhead route. Any good roads west after Liphook etc to join up with A31 or M3 rather than going all the way to Portsmouth and back up M27.
The Hindhead tunnel is great for a windows down blast, just remember the average speed cameras.
Rather than following the A3 to Portsmouth take the A272 West from Peterfield Services across to Winchester where is joins the M3, it is a very popular route with bikers.

thanks for this as did part of way back and then A32 to Alton (saw 300+ bikes mainly other way) and then A31 A3 as M3 busy at Southampton end and didn't fancy roadworks section near Camberley. Bit cold this am in tunnel as did both ways and tracked back to Frimley then Fleet.

Excellent drive there from Fleet and grea day. Missed Royal Oak as sat nav wanted to take me down a rough track off left off the cattle gate heath road and by the time I got petrol in Hythe the carpark was rammed so went back in and had lunch and a walk round the museum again.

Excellent day thanks guys.

Thanks Steve, apologies if I drooled on your friend's car! It is one of the most beautiful colours I've seen on an Aston!!

I was there too chaps. Sorry for not telling you guys sooner about my attendance but it was such a brilliant day with more Aston's then I've ever seen & the weather behaved for us!

Obviously I (hopefully) took pics of all your cars & pretty much everything else!

I was mostly hanging out with the Harwoods lot on their stand & walking round in awe of the place!

Enjoy! (the sun may have exposed the fact I never clean my camera enough...)

Nice compilation but wtf is that at 9.16……….its got me beat.

Hope your letters from the Donkey Sanctuary People aren't too severe after they took in 2 dozen Eeyhaws on Sunday evening suffering
signs of post traumatic Aston disorder…….biggrin
